A handful of times each year, Lisa opens a small circle for a daylong, heart-centered Sacred Medicine immersion — a chance to journey in community, held in a carefully chosen sanctuary.
As we move deeper into the season of expansion and possibility, this immersive, heart-centered experience offers space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, and consciously align with how you wish to live, love, and lead in the months ahead. Held in a safe, supportive, nourishing container, the journey is designed to help you release what no longer serves and realign with the deepest truth of who you are becoming.
Ancient wisdom and sacred practices — including Sound Healing, Breathwork, Vocal Toning and Guided Meditation — are expertly woven together into an immersive and transformative experience that supports both insight and integration. This summertime journey is about remembering your wholeness, honoring your intuition, and strengthening your innate capacity to live with greater trust, love, and authenticity.

Arrival
Arrive, get settled, and meet your new community.
10:30am
Group Journey Begins
The next several hours weave intention, breath, vocal toning, sound, therapeutic touch and the sacred medicine journey itself.
5:00pm
Integration & Refreshments
Quiet time for reflection and journaling, followed by an integration circle and a nourishing, locally-sourced meal.
6:00pm
Wrap Up & Departures
Optional walk around the floating homes to explore the beauty and creativity of the surroundings.
